Recently, the QLE-H4 PEM proton membrane pure water hydrogen production system developed by Shandong Saikesaisi Hydrogen Energy Co., Ltd. was successfully delivered and successfully applied to the Leilongwan Power Plant (2×1000MW) project of Shaanxi Energy Zhaoshipan coal power integration Project, achieving the perfect operation of the first UHV million (kilowatt level) delivery unit in Shaanxi Province.

Leilongwan Power Plant (2×1000MW) project is a power supply project configured by Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and provincial government for 1000 kV UHV transmission project from Shaanxi Yuheng to Shandong Weifang in order to promote the construction of energy base and accelerate the transformation of resource advantages into economic advantages, and is also the first export power supply project in Shaanxi Province. The project uses the international leading 1 million kilowatts of ultra-supercritical indirect air cooling technology, the unit design power generation standard coal consumption of 272.14 grams per KWH, in the world's leading level.

Hydrogen has low density and much higher thermal conductivity than air and water, so the generator cooling with hydrogen can greatly improve the efficiency of the generator. The QLE-H4 PEM proton membrane pure water hydrogen production system developed by our company can directly produce hydrogen with purity ≥99.9995% and dew point ≤-65℃ by electrolytic cell without adding electrolyte. The rated operating pressure of this system is 3.0MPa and equipped with hydrogen storage tank. The hydrogen in the hydrogen storage tank can be replenishment into the generator hydrogen cooling system according to the generator hydrogen pressure, which can meet the hydrogen required for the generator operation.
